Bluebonnets are the best part of spring in Texas. The bluebonnet trail is miles and miles of fields of bluebonnets. I’m obsessed with the state flower.

Cacti Cake
My family, my parents, sisters, nieces and nephews worked their tails off getting ready for the grad party. They are phenomenal. That is how I had time to decorate cakes. They made a memorable day possible.
Grad Party Prep
My son graduated! He has been propagating cacti and other plants for quite a while and plans on being an agronomist so the theme for his grad party centered on that. I started making paper succulents and enlisted my sister and niece back in Minnesota and they made a boatload of them.
Mandrake
This is a top secret project I made for my son’s grad party. Both our kids were huge Harry Potter fans and my son is planning on being an agronomist (plant, soil & environmental science) so this is a nod to both.
